A new chapter in the collection
Yukiya is a new luxury chalet currently under construction in Nozawa Onsen, scheduled to open for the 2026–27 winter season. Designed from the ground up, it will be the newest addition to the Nozawa Collection portfolio.
Sleeping up to 10 guests across four ensuite bedrooms, Yukiya offers generous private space in the heart of the village. A private outdoor hot tub completes the experience. After a day on the slopes, step outside into warm water beneath open skies.
Located just behind Kihachikan, with Matsuba Onsen just 1 minute away on foot. The Nagasaka Gondola, village restaurants, and Oyu Street are all within easy walking distance.

Check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request — please contact our concierge team in advance.
We ask that all guests treat the property with care. No smoking inside the property. Pets are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
To confirm your reservation, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. A further 20% is due 180 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
All payments are non-refundable. Should cancelled dates be successfully rebooked, payments may be refunded less any associated costs. Payment reminders will be sent prior to each scheduled due date.

Yukiya sits just behind Kihachikan in the heart of Nozawa Onsen, with Matsuba Onsen just 1 minute away on foot. The Nagasaka Gondola, village restaurants, and Oyu Street are all within easy walking distance.
