Azalea Studio is a contemporary luxury studio in Nozawa Onsen village. Compact in form, considered in detail. The space is ideal for solo travellers or couples, and can be rented together with the main Lodge, for groups with extra guests.
Furnished to the same high standard as Azalea Lodge, the Studio has exposed timber beams, underfloor heating, stone benchtops, a rainfall shower and premium bedding. The facilities comprise a kitchenette, dining area with mountain views, Queen bed, TV, separate toilet and bathroom. The Studio enjoys shared use of the dry room and dedicated laundry facilities.
Azalea’s studio is a private escape with premium comforts located five minutes easy stroll from the village centre with onsens, restaurants and bars located nearby. The main gondola is five minutes walk, and the ski slopes are 50 metres from the property.

Check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request — please contact our concierge team in advance.
Azalea Studio welcomes guests aged 6 and over. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Pets are not permitted. Housekeeping services may be arranged during your stay at an additional cost. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage incurred during their stay.
To confirm your reservation, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. A further 20% is due 180 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
All payments are non-refundable. Should cancelled dates be successfully rebooked, payments may be refunded less any associated costs. Payment reminders will be sent prior to each scheduled due date.
A refundable security deposit of ¥15,000 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is held against any damage or excessive cleaning that may arise during your stay. Following departure and inspection of the property, the deposit will be returned promptly provided no issues are identified.
