Good hospitality starts behind the scenes

Nozawa Collection operates year-round in Nozawa Onsen, supported by a small team who live and work in the village. Our properties are places guests return to, and maintaining that standard takes people who care about doing things properly.

Winter is busy, practical and very team-focused. Everyone pitches in, whether that means preparing chalets for arrival days, clearing snow early in the morning, helping with guest requests or sitting down together for a simple meal at the end of the day.

Roles span both winter and green season, with some positions continuing longer term. We value reliability, flexibility and people who are happy to contribute beyond a single job title.

Even if there is no immediate vacancy, we are always open to hearing from people who feel aligned with how we work.

Reliability

No one gets through a busy winter alone. Some days you’ll need your team; other days they’ll need you. We value people who understand that showing up for each other is part of the job.

Attention to Details

The small things shape the whole stay. Often it’s something noticed before a guest has to ask, or a detail quietly put right before it becomes a problem. We value people who notice, care and take pride in getting things right.
